面神经畸形的影像表现
The radiological manifestations of facial nerve malformation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce the imaging appearances of facial nerve malformation. Methods (1) Spiral CT was performed with multiplanar reformation on temporal bone and observations were carried out on axial, coronal or reformated facial nerve sections, which could help us make analysis of the course of the facial nerve within middle ear and mastoid. (2) Aberrant facial nerve was then confirmed by intraoperative facial nerve monitoring. Results Malformations of facial nerve could be previously observed by preoperative spiral CT scan, which were shown mostly as absence of bony canal, facial nerve suspended within the middle ear cavity, facial nerve covering oval window, et al. Conclusion Accuracy of diagnosis of facial nerve malformation can be improved by spiral CT with multiplanar reformation of temporal bone before microsurgery.关键词
