摘要

Abstract

Using ADS8364 and ADSP-BF533 chip to realize weapons testing in a complex signal data acquisition module designed for the realization of multi-channel real-time accurate detection of signal collection. The Interface circuit of high-speed data acquisition module and A/D acquisition control process based on ADS8364 and ADSP-BF533 is designed. The system test shows that the interface circuit can collect and process the detection signal of complex equipment accurately and real-timely, and it has high speed and stable data transmission.
