胆固醇息肉病人胆囊黏膜ABCG1表达的研究
Expression of ABCG1 in gallbladder mucosa in patients with cholesterol polyps

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the mRNA expression of ABCG1 in gallbladder mucosa and the occurrence of cholesterol polyps. Methods Studies were made in 15 patients with cholesterol polyps and 8 patients without cholesterol polyps and gallstone. The biliary cholesterol, total bile acids and phospholipids were measured by kits, and the expression of ABCG1 mRNA detected by real-time PCR, the ABCG1 protein was detected by Western blotting. Results Cholesterol saturation index was increased in patients with cholesterol polyps (P<0.05). Ttie ABCG1 mRNA expression in the cholesterol polyps group was higher than in the controls, and the ABCG1 protein level was also elevated in the cholesterol polyps group. Conclusions The expression of A BCG1 mRNA and protein were increased in the cholesterol polyps patients, indicating that ABCC1 may have some effects on the genesis and progression of gallbladder cholesterol polyps.关键词
