摘要

Abstract

A broadband complex permittivity measurement technique of low loss dielectric materials at low microwave frequencies using the reentrant cavity is presented. The testing system is established and several materials are measured by the system. It is proved by the experiment that the presented method is valid. The method features high accuracy, small size and the sample is easy to place.
