Abstract
With Xi'an-Chengdu passenger dedicated railway as the background, through investigation into the hazard prevention and emergency rescue options both in China and abroad, the paper puts forward the principles of rescue and evacuation for this railway on the section of concentrated long tunnel groups traversing Qinling mountain area. Rescue and evacuation modes are divided into fixed point evacuation and inside tunnel evacuation. The paper introduced the design ideas and measures for fixed point evacuation, selected rational and safety evacuation points according to the location of stations and time table of trains; determined the length of profile widening of the tunnels according to the length of trains, and selected the rational widening through simulation calculation while the width of widening of the rescue passage in the tunnel is the important factor affecting the time of evacuation. The crucial factors affecting economy and safety and their correlations were comprehensively analysed.关键词
