摘要

Abstract

Combining the DDS with PLL technologies together, and adopting the hybrid frequency synthesis method that DDS directly drives PLL to finish the design of microwave frequency conversion signal source of X-band. This method has been solved the problems of frequency resolution, frequency agility speed and phase noise. The results of testing and measurement show that the frequency spectrum and phase noise performance meet the requirement of actual project.
