Abstract
In order to improve the utilization and real-time of image amplification algorithm resources for infrared imaging system, a modified linear interpolation algorithm suitable for FPGA is put forward in consideration of the signal output mode of infrared detector and the structure characteristics of infrared imaging platform. This algorithm is based on a traditional linear interpolation algorithm. The algorithm was realized on the basis of parallel pipeline mode and in the precondition of making full use of the high-speed parallel processing ability of FPGA. This algorithm has been applied to engineering practice after a great deal of experiments. The practical application indicates that the system is stable and reliable, and the imaging quality is better. Compared with traditional method, its real-time and resources utilization is improved without variation of image quality.关键词
