危重患者内镜下经皮胃造瘘30例分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the method and curative effect of critically ill patients with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. Method: A retrospective analysis on clinical material of 30 cases critically ill patients who were treated in author' s hospital, All patients were given percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy nutrition support, the general conditions before and after surgery of patients were observed, and were compared and analyzed. Result: The operation of all patients was successful,operation time was 15-30 min, average time was (21. 5 ±3. 1) min. Each index had been improved obviously 2 months after surgery (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: Comparing with traditional surgical gastrointestinal colostomy, the method of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy were simple,rapid and safety,the postoperative complications are low.关键词
