摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investiage the feasibility and the curative effect of glucocorticoid on the treatment of the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction ( EPISBO). Method: The data of 39 cases EPISBO who were treaded in department of general surgery of Jiangning Hospital from May, 2006 to May, 2008 were analyzed, They were divided to two groups; 20 patients within glucocorticoid treatment group, 19 patients within non- glucocorticoid treatment group, several indexes of curative effect were observed. Result: There was no shock,intestinal necrosis,peritonitis was found in each group, but some symptom in Glucocorticoid Trade Group such as abdominal pain 、 nausea 、 vomiting 、 diarrhea were alleviated more quickly than Non-Glucocorticoid Trade Group. Conclusion: Glucocorticoid on the treatment of EPISBO is safety, The curative effect is superior to non-glucocorticoid treatment.关键词
