The synthesis and morphology characterization of hexagonal Bi2Te3 nanoflakes with solvothermal method
摘要
Abstract
Single phase Bi2Te3 nanoflakes with hexagonal morphology were synthesized with solvothermal method by using glycol as solvent with appropriate content of polyvinylpyrrolidone ( PVPK - 30) added in. Reaction was performed in alkalinous environment at 200 ℃ for 260 minutes. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope ( SEM), photoluminescence spectrum ( PL), and ultraviolet - visible absorption spectroscopy ( U - VAS) were used to characterize the crystal structure, morphology and optical properties of these nanoflakes.关键词
