一种双尾双季铵盐表面活性剂的合成及其性能
Synthesis and properties of a kind of two tailed bisquaternary ammonium salt surfactant

Abstract
A kind of two tailed bisquaternary ammonium salt surfactant was prepared by Hofmann alkylation and quaterisation with bromododecane as starting material. Active matter content of the product was examined by bromophenol blue two - phase titration method, which reaches 98. 11%. The structure of the target product was characterized by IR and HNMR. The surface activity of aqueous solution of the product at 55 t was measured as cmc =0. 50 mmol· L-l ,and ycmc =28.95 mN · m-1. The antimicrobial performance of the two tailed product was examined. Results showed that the product exhibits outstanding bacleriostatic properties against Nitrogen - fixing bacteria, Nitrobacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Cladosporium, Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Acute toxicity test result of the product showed that the product is a sort of low toxicity compound.关键词
