摘要
Abstract
Objective The cortical treated X-ray ,CT and MR display and deepen the understanding of of intramuscular myxoma. Methods Retrospective analyzing characteristic that two case of intramuscular myxoma were confirmed by surgeries and cases of illness from our hospital for the past many years. Results There were two cases. One of case, the intramuscular myxoma placed on rectus abdominis. The color ultrasound showed echo regiment of abdominal. The flow imaging of point bar-shaped was seen from it. The intramuscular myxoma placed on abductor longus for case two. A sort of circle low density area which was loca ted upside of thighbone and under little tuberositas was shown by X-ray. The edge of area had cirrhosis. CT showed muscle capsu-lar perch on upside of lift thigh, increasing scan strengthened slightly, non-uniform, shallow coloboma could be seen at surround ing sclerotinjMR plain scanned and showed longish Tl and mix-signal tumor. There was a part imperfect cortex of bone at inner side of upside of femur. Conclusion The infrequent CT and MR of intramuscular myxoma displayed some of feature. The gener alized analysis its phantom study performance, the MR performance may prompt the diagnosis particularly关键词
