Acute Toxic Study on Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream
摘要
Abstract
To study acute toxicity effect of Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream on animal. Methods The Ldso of mice oral administration tinidazole and spironolactone mixture and the acute toxic effects of the Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream transdermal drug delivery in the intact and broken skin rats were determined. Results The LD-<Of mice oral administration tinidazole and spironolacione mixture was 1. Ill 1 g/kg. The Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream through intact or broken skin on body weight, heart, liver, spleen,lung and kidney had no significant acute toxicity. Conclusion The mice oral administration tinidazole and spironolactone mixture had some acute toxic effects. The Tinidazole and Spironolactone Cream transdermal drug delivery had no significant acute toxicity.关键词
