摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the effects of MCLs on lhe blood-fat of nonalcoholic fatly liver rats. Methods The experimental rats were divided into common control group, MCLs [40,80, 120 rng/(kg D) ]groups. The fatty model group rats were fed with high-fat diet regularly through pouring stomach to determine the liver index and the content of TC, TG in liver while the concentration of TC, TG, HDL ~ C and LDL - C in serum were also determined. Results The liver index and the concentration of TCTG.HDL - C, LDL - C in liver and serum of fatty model group were markedly higher than those of common control group ( P < 0. 01 ). The liver index and the concentration of TC.TG,HDL - C, LDL - C in liver and serum of different MCLs groups were markedly decrease as compared with those of fatty model groupf P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion MCLs not only contribute to reduce the level of blood fat of nonalcoholic fatty liver rats hut also protect the function of liver.关键词
