摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of andrographolide and debydroandrograpbolide in Zhilir ing Tablets. Metliods The Hypersil ds column^ 250 mm x 4. 6 mm. 5 fim J was used. The mobile phase consisted of melhanol - water (50 50). The UV detection wavelength was 225,250 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/rnin. External standard method was used. Results The In ear range was 0.020 5-0. 123 0 fig for andrographolide and 0. 080 8 - 0. 484 8 jxg for debydroandrographolide. The average recoveries we] 98.30% and 98.62% with RSD 1.17% and 1. 02% (n~ b) .respectively. Conclusion The proposed method appeared Eo be simple.rapid sensitive and accurate. It is available to the quality control of zhi lining tablets关键词
