摘要

Abstract

Milk fat is the main nutritional components of milk, while it is an important indicator to measure the quality of milk. At present, the lower nutritional quality of milk has become the challenges that the healthy development of China's dairy industry faces . This paper makes a brief overview of the milk fat profile and the factors that influnce milk fat percentage.
