Abstract
Obstract: To analyze the clinical manifestations .aetiology distribution and Dangerous factors of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients who is combined with pulmonary fungous infection. Method;To realize retrospective analysis of clinical data for 32 cases of COPD patients who is combined with pulmornary fungous infection and to realize contrast research with hameochronous COPD patients without fungous infection. Result: Mycocandida gives priority in pulmonary fungous infection,occupying 88. 8%. It is easy to lead to fungous infection (Compare with contrast group,p<0. 05) when COPD patients use broad -spectrum antibiotic,glucocorticoid and mechanical ventilation for a long time, or the patients have combined diabetes or respiratory failure. Conclusion: Reducing or avoiding each kind of dangerous factor which may lead to fungous infection is the effective measure to decrease the incidence of pulmonary fungous infection.关键词
