The Effects of Ammonia-N Stress on the Activities of ATPase, ACP and AKP in Different Tissues and Organs of Mud Crab Scylla paramamosain

摘要

Abstract

A experimental ecology method was conducted to investigate the effects of ammonia-N(0 mg/L(control) ,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,30 mg/L,40 mg/L) stress on the activities of ATPase,ACP and AKP in gill,hepatopancreas and muscle of mud crab Scylla paramamosain to ammonia-N exposure for 0,24 ,48,72 and 96 h. The results showed that Na+-K+-ATPase activity in gill of S. Pa-ramamosain in CIO group and C20 group decreased at 24 h,and increased at 48,72 and 96 h with ammonia-N concentration increasing (p<0. 05), while the Na+-K+-ATPase activity in the gill of S. Paramamosain in C30 group and C40 group was consistently decreased during experimental time ;Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity in the gill of S. Paramamosain in C40 group consistently increased with ammonia-N stress time prolonging. ACP activity in gill and hepatopancreas of S. Paramamosain decreased significantly with ammonia-N concentration increasing at 48,72,96 h(P<0. 05) .while the ACP activity in muscle of S. Paramamosain decreased significantly with ammonia-N concentration increasing and ammonia-N stress time prolonging(P<0. 05) (AKP activity in gill and hepatopancreas of S. Paramamosain decreased significantly with ammonia-N concentration increasing(P<0. 05),while the AKP activity in muscle of S. Paramamosain increased significantly with ammonia concentration increasing after 24 h ammonia stress (P<0. 05). Thus,ammonia-N stress significantly affected the physiological parameter of S. Paramamosian.
