摘要
Abstract
Alginate derivatives bearing side chains endowed with either azide or alkyne terminal functionality have been synthesized. When the solutions of tow derivatives were mixed together in the presence of Cu (I) catalyst, the alginate hydrogels were formed by the click chemistry between azide and alkyne. The chemical structures of the alginate derivatives and hydrogels were characterized by FT-IR. The results of SEM and swelling behavior exhibited that the hydrogels had a macroporous structure as well as pH responsive. In comparison to other methods of preparation alginate hydrogels via chemical :ross - links, this strategy is quicker and more convenience.关键词
