Direct Torque Control Technology of Switched Reluctance Motor Based on Torque Ripple Minimization

Abstract
A low voltage start circuit of DC-DC boost switching power supply are designed. It adopts two frequency stabilization oscillator circuits working in two different ranges of power supply, and the reasonable switchover with voltage detecting module solves the problem that the circuit can not normally operate with the low input voltage. The circuit was simulated by the aid of 0. 5 μm CMOS process bank (Vthn = 0. 72 V, Vthp=-0. 97 V). The results show that, when the low input voltage is 0. 8 V, the DC-DC boost switching power supply can rise VDD to 3. 3 V.关键词
