Formula Optimization of Xiaoer Yiniao Dispersible Tablets and Content Determination of a - Asarone and - Asarone in the Tablets

Abstract
To optimize the formulation and preparation process of Xiaoer Yiniao Dispersible Tablets, and to establish an HPLC method for determination of a - asarone and (3 - asarone in the tablets. Methods The prescription of Xiaoer Yiniao Dispersible Tablets were optimized by parallel design technique, with disintegrating time, appearance and taste as the assessment index. The analytical column was packed with Hypersil ODS ', 250 mm x 4. 6 mm.5 fim) and performed at 30 T!. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol - water (60 : 40). The How rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results The dispersible tablets prepared fine in appearance and taste, disintegrated within 60s. - asarone and J3 - asarone were linear in the range of 0. 054 - 1. 286 g/L and 0. 187-4. 672 g/L respectively. The average recovery was 101.48% and 99.65% with RSD of 1.07% and 1. 31% ( n - 6) .respectively. Conclusion The dispersible tablets were designed rationally and feasible to operate. HPLC method was simple,accurate and specific.关键词
