摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the action of pharmacists in monitoring ADR and drug risk management. Methods To discuss the progress in monitoring the safety of drug in our hospital by collecting the data of ADR from 2006 to 2009 and the data in PASS monitoring and prescription evaluating. Results The amount and quality of ADR has been increased and the report form has been improved. The leaders begin to attach importance to it. The information of drug alertness can efficiently prevent the ADR and ensure rational administration of drug in hospital. Conclusion Pharmacists play an important role in ADR monitoring and drug risk management.关键词
