Impact of Terbutaline Spray Liquid on Lung Function in Infantile Obstructive Ventilatory Disorder

Abstract
Objectlive To evaluate and analyze the data of lung function in infantile obstructive ventilatory disorders before and after treatment by applying Terbutaline Spray Liquid. Methods A hundred and thirty - six infantile patients with obstructive ventilatory disorder were randomly divided into 2 groups. Sixty - seven cases in the control group received the routine treatment and on the basis of routine treatment, 69 cases in the treatment group was added Terhiitaiine Spray Liquid for atomizing inhalation, 1 ml, each time, twice daily, for 5 d. The changes of lung function indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results Alter treatment. tpTEF/tE,VpEF/VE. And t-j' lz in the control group were (21.62+3.03)%, (25. 19±4.29)% and 0.62 = 0.08 respectively, which were lower than those in the treatment group. But, RR in the control group was 39.03=5.66 and higher than that in the treatment group, showing statistical differences (P < 0.05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Terbutaline Spray Liquid can be effectively applied to treat related diseases of infantile obstructive ventilator}' disorder.关键词
