川崎病急性期患儿血浆N末端脑钠肽前体的变化
Changes of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in children with acute Kawasaki disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide ( NT-proBNP ) in children with acute Kawasaki disease ( KD ), and evaluate the value of NT-proBNP in the diagnosis of KD and explore the mechanism of the changes of plasma NT-proBNP in children with KD. Methods 38 patients with KD and 30 control children were enrolled. Blood samples were obtained from all of the subjects to measure plasma NT-proBNP concentrations. Other laboratory data including WBC,erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR ),C-reactive protein( CRP )and serum cardiac troponin T( cT-nT )were also measured in both groups. All patients with KD received echocardiographic examination, including measurement of left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF ), mitral annular early diastolic and late diastolic ( E/A ) and coronary artery lesion evaluation. Results The plasma NT-proBNP, WBC, CRP, ESR and cTnT in patients with acute KD was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05, P < 0.01 ). According to the linear regression analysis, there was no significant correlation between the plasma concentrations of NT-proBNP in acute KD and LVEF, E/A ( r =0. 56, r =1. 20, P >0.05 ). But the NT-proBNP level correlated positively with WBC, CRP, ESR( r=1.25,r=1.82,r=1.60 respectively, P < 0.01 ). NT-proBNP level correlated positively with serum cTnT( r = 1. 95 , P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The plasma NT-proBNP concentration increased in the acute KD,the mechanism might be associated with cardiac injury and inflammatory factors.关键词
