M41型IBV对输卵管中雌激素、孕激素受体及胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ表达的影响
Influence of IBV-M41 on the Expression of Estrogen Receptor,Progesterone Receptor and Insulin-like Growth Factor- Ⅰ in Oviduct of Layer Chickens

Abstract
RT-PCR was used to detect the estrogen receptors (ER)/ progesterone receptors (PR) mRNA and insulin-like growth factor- I (IGF- I )expression of the oviduct of the magnum, isthmus,fimbria and shell gland. The results as follows:there were expression of ER /PR mRNA and IGF- I in oviduct, the expression of ER and PR in vaccinated of IBV-M41 was significantly decreaced (P<0. 05), but the expression of IGF-1 was significantly increased (P<0. 05). The study revealed that IBV could affect the development of oviduct by reducing the expression of ER and PR,and so downgrade responsing capabilities of the estrogen, IGF-I acted on the oviduct through autocrine or paracrine. It was probable regulatory factor in the growth of leiomyom.关键词
