怀牛膝药材的HPLC指纹图谱研究
Studies on HPLC Fingerprints ofAchyranthes bientata
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Achyranthes bientata. METHODS: SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1 % acetic acid (gradient elu-tion) at flow rate of 1.0 mL-min'. The column temperature was 30 °C and the detection wavelength was set at 279 nm. RESULTS: HPLC fingerprints of A bientata and sulphur-fumigated A. Bientata were established. HPLC fingerprints of A. Bientata showing 24 characteristic peaks were established from 12 batches of A. Bientata. The similarity of 9 batches was above 0.9 and the other 3 batches had low similarity. The HPLC fingerprints of 11 batches of A. Bientata fumigated by sulphur showed 20 common characteristic peaks. The similarity of 7 batches of A. Bientata fumigated by sulphur was above 0.8 and the similarity was lower than the original medicinal sample. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and specific, and it can be used for quality control of A. Bientata.关键词
