Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid and jasminoidin in Yinling qushi decoction. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. A Kromasil C18 column was adopted (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(13:87)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelengths were set at 327 nm for chlorogenic acid and 238 nm for jasminoidin. RESULTS: The liner range of chlorogenic acid was 0.154 4~ 1.235 2 μg(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 99.9% (RSD=0.54% ,n=6). The linear range of jasminoidin was 0.363 2~ 2.905 6 ug(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.0% (RSD=0.51 % ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate for the content determination of chlorogenic acid and jasminoidin in Yinling qushi decoction.
