Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the economic effectiveness of different pharmacotherapeutic schemes for the same dis-ease.METHODS: 160 cases of psoriasis were randomly divided into 4 groups, which received Psoraleae tincture+Fructus Tribuli (group A), Compound psoraleae tincture+Fructus Tribuli (group B), Compound psoraleae tincture+Fructus Tribuli+Transfer factor capsules (group C), Psoraleae tincture+Fructus Tribuli+Transfer factor capsules (group D). The schemes were evaluated with phar-macoeconmics cost-effectiveness analysis. RESULTS: The effective rate of group A, B, C and D were 85.0%, 87.5%, 92.5% and 92.5% respectively (P>0.05). The ratios of cost to effectiveness were 54.94, 392.57, 618.05, 297.19, respectively. There were few adverse drug reactions, mainly slight skin irritation reactions, and no treatment was required. CONCLUSION: Scheme D is the preferable one.关键词
