湖北省实施国家基本药物制度对基层医疗卫生机构收入的影响调查
Influence of Essential Drug System on Revenue of Primary Medical Institutions in Hubei Province

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of Essential Drug System. METHODS: Primary medical institutions of the first census regions in Hubei province were selected, and descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the survey. RESULTS: The overall income of 63.33% primary medical institutions dropped after the implementation of essential drug system. Drug prices of 88.8% pilot primary medical institutions decreased, compared with before implementation of essential drug system. The rate of essential drugs equipped was in low level, 68.0% of pilot areas were equipped with 250 kinds of national essential drugs. The rate of provincial supplemented drag was in lower level. CONCLUSIONS: During the implementation of essential drug system, we should improve compensation mechanism of primary medical institution, ensure the production and supply of essential drugs and strengthen training and education of rational use of essential drugs.关键词
