Abstract
With rapid development of livestock and aquaculture industry, the ranges and the varieties of using veterinary drugs and feed additive supplements are increased and expanded. As we get remarkable economic benefit, the residues of veterinary drugs and illegal substances have effect public health, especially the hormone residues. The technique of determination and detriment of sex hormone residues in animal derived foods were dissertated in this paper.关键词
