拉萨与漳州地区战备消毒包储存时限的实验研究
Investigation of shelf life of sterile packages in Lhasa and Zhangzhou regions
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the shelf life, influential factors and origin of bacteria for sterile packages for war preparation stored up in Lhasa and Zhangzhou in the natural environment. Methods Operation dressing packages , apparatus packages as well as dressing and apparatus mixed packages with double - layer cotton cloth were prepared and stored them in storage boxes in warehouses in a natural environment after vacuum steam sterilization. Three packages of each kind were put in a storage boxe and samples were taken from the packages and underwent bacterial culture at different time - intervals. Meanwhile, the bacterial strains in the air of the warehouse and in the storage boxes were cultured and the bacterial isogeny was studied. Results The shelf life of sterile packages for war preparation was 91 d in Lhasa but 24d in Zhangzhou. The main bacteria found were gram - positive bacilli and gram - positive staphylo-cocc in the two regions. In Lhasa, the 16SrRNA -23SrRNA ITS sequences of bacterial strains in sterile packages shared about 97% - 100% ({X infill? 4" J6 99% ~ 100% )isogeny between the air bacterial strains in the warehouse and those in the storage boxes, but in Zhangzhou the isogeny was about 98% -99%. Conclusions The shelf life of sterile packages for war preparation is longer in Lhasa than in Zhangzhou. The storage environment is the most influential factor on shelf life of sterile packages. The bacteria in sterile packages come from the air in the warehouse.关键词
