基于三角网格曲面的环切粗加工刀轨生成算法
Triangular mesh surface-based generation algorithm of contour-parallel rough tool-path
摘要
Abstract
An generation algorithm of contour-parallel rough tool-path based on triangular mesh surface was proposed. Firstly, the index structure of triangular mesh surface was established with R*-tree, and Z-direction envelope surface was calculated. Secondly, the index structure of envelope surface was built, and contour loops of tool-path were obtained by intersection of envelope surface and the cutting plane. Thirdly, the direction of contour loops was adjusted and the topological relationship of contour loops was established. Finally, tool-path was obtained by equidistant offsetting of the contour loops, which is proved that it has strong adaptability of data type, and can realize regional manufacturing.关键词
