生肌玉红膏胶原海绵对创面胶原塑形的影响及机制
Effects and mechanism of Shengji Yuhong collagen sponge on collagen plasty in the process of wound healing
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shengji Yuhong collagen sponge on collagen plasty in the process of wound healing, and to investigate the mechanism of reducing scar formation. Methods With different groups of vaseline, collagen sponge, Shengji Yuhong Gao and Shengji Yuhong collagen sponge were covered on the wound surfaces for 3 days, 7 days and 14 days respectively. At the special day, the ratios of type I /HI collagen and the number positive cells of TGF-p, were dectected with pathological immunohistochemical method. Results The ratios of type I /Ⅲ collagen and the number positive cells of TGF-p, in the granulation tissue in all groups increased and reached peak at the 7th day, especially for the group of Yuhong Gao collagen sponge; then decreased at the 14th day, especially for the group of Yuhong Gao collagen sponge. Condnsioiis Shengji Yuhong collagen sponge can improve the quality of wound healing with the functions of reducing scar formation; the mechanism due to regulating the ratio of type I /III collagen and the quantities of TGF-β1 in the granulation tissue optimumly.关键词
