Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of local injection of pinyangmycin in the treatment of common wart in scar diathesis patients. METHODS: 66 common wart patients with scar diathesis admitted in our hospital from Mar. 2009 to Mar. 2010 were selected as observation objects. For the 38 cases in treatment group, pinyangmycin were diluted and dissolved in li-docaine and then local injection was executed. For the 28 cases in control group, fulguration was executed. For the 2 groups, cure rate and whether cars appeared were observed during the 45-day treatment. RESULTS: For the treatment group, 147 out of 156 (94.23% ) warts were cured and no cars appeared after 45-day treatment. However, for the control group, 105 out of 121 (86.78%) warts were cured and scars appeared. No severe ADR occurred in 2 groups, a few patients suffered from swelling, and then they were cured after treatment. CONCLUSION: In the treatment of common wart in scar diathesis patients, local injection of pinyangmycin has good clinical effect and no scar appears.关键词
