Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of the ADR monitoring organization system. METHODS: By investigating the construction mode of the monitoring system of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in Shanghai Changning District and practice of developing the regional ADR monitoring network, the construction mode of ADR monitoring network in medical institution were investigated and analyzed. RESULTS: Our district through the perfect organization, perfect system; improve knowledge, strengthen leadership, give full play to the administrative departments of organization and supervision role; development based on hospital information system platform of electronic monitoring of medical institutions methods established a systematic and regular ADR monitoring network, promote my area to monitor the ADR.The development of ADR monitoring network with sound institution and normative flow had promoted the ADR monitoring in our district. CONCLUSIONS: The establishment and improvement of the regional ADR monitoring system with perfect organization facilities, clear duty and normal operation will improve the development of ADR monitoring.关键词
