Abstract
Ion implantation-induced mutation of microbes is a typical example of interdisciplinary research involving physics and life sciences, The field of induced-mutation, microorganism breeding, and mutagenesis mechanism has seen fruitful results in China. The present review outlines the following; domestic equipments in research institutes and universities, microbe strains bred, physical and biological mechanisms of mutagenesis. The College of Nuclear Science and Technology at Beijing Normal University (CNST-BNU) is a major player in this discipline.关键词
