超声萃取-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中高环多环芳烃的研究
MEASUREMENT OF HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS IN SOIL USING ULTRASONIC EXTRACTION AND HPLC

Abstract
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) are harmful environmental contaminants, especially the high molecular weight PAH (e. G. Benzo [a] pyrene). Before analysis of PAH using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), samples usually require a complex pre-treatment process, which are time-consuming and difficult-to-perform. An analytical procedure for PAH in soil samples using HPLC was established after ultrasonic extraction, a classic method recommended by the U. S. EPA, combined with purification of solid phase extraction (SPE) silica. Different varieties and quantities of reagents were used for method accuracy. Parameters were optimized in pre-treatment process, recovery tests were carried with deuterated pyrene. This method showed a rate of 94% to 110%.关键词
