Abstract
In recent years, stem cell therapy as a novel approach for the treatment of many human diseases, related basic research and clinical trials have a rapidly growth tendency. In this thesis,we review the current progress on embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells, respectively. Lots of encouraging results show that stem cell therapy has great potentials in clinical application.关键词
