卡泊三醇软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病60例
Therapeutic Treatment of 60 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris by Calcipotriol Ointment Combined with Mometasone Furoate Cream

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of treating proriasis vulgaris with calcipotriol ointment plus mometasone furoate cream. Methods 180 patients with proriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into three treatment groups,group A ( 60 cases ) were treated with mometasone furoate cream, group B ( 60 cases ) were treated with calcipotriol ointment, and group C ( 60 cases ) were treated with calcipotriol ointment and mometasone furoate cream, the duration of treatment was 4-week and follow-up was 3-month. The therapeutic effect, safety and recurrence were recorded. Results The curative rates of three ways were 30.0% ( group A ), 33.3%( group B ) and 56. 7% (groupC), the efficiency were 43. 3% ( groupA), 46.7%( group B ),and 33. 3%( group C ), the efficacy were 73. 3%( group A ),80.0%( group B ),and 90.0%( group C ), respectively ( P< 0. 05 ). The recurrence of group B and group C were significantly lower than that of group A. All cases were safe during process of treatment. Conclusion Combination of calcipotriol ointment and mometasone furoate cream is effective and safe for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.关键词
