摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for checking bacterial endotoxin in solution of boric acid. Methods The method was based on the bacterial endotoxin test described in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2010, including the sensitivity of tachypleus amebocyte lysate ( TAL ), preliminary interference test and official interference test of bacterial endotoxin. Results The interference was eliminated by using 0. 125 EU ■ mL" TAL in boric acid solution being diluted by 4 times. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable, which can be used for checking bacterial endotoxin in boric acid solution.关键词
