THE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF GEL SPINNING FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE FIBER
不同于常规纤维,高性能纤维的分子链呈伸展态、排列规整.本文在探讨高性能纤维微观结构特征的基础上,分析了凝胶纺丝制备高性能纤维的基本原理,总结了凝胶纺丝技术各工艺环节的控制要点,就凝胶纺丝法制备高性能纤维的应用进展进行了总结.
Different from conventional fibers, the molecular chain of high-performance fiber presents stretching state with relatively structured. Based on the microstructure characteristics, basic principle and control points of various process links in the processing of gel spinning was discussed in this paper. In addition, the application of gel spinning process for the fabrication of high-performance fiber was summarized.
