摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate measures to improve the quality of clinical hemodialysis and ensure the operation of dialysis care safe. Method: Set the position of the nurse to control the quality of hemodialysis. And monitor the dialysis care in the the critical time periods and the important part of the opration. Results: The quality of hemodialysis care and patient satisfaction were improved. Embodied the value of professional nurse and give them chance to full play advantages of their work. All possible medical care were resolved in the bud. Through the quality control nurse's words and deeds> the operational level and emergency response capabilities of basic level nurses were improved. Conclusion: The set of hemodialysis quality control nurses made nursing human resources more rational and effective, ensure the safety of dialysis patients and effectiveness of treatment关键词
