摘要

Abstract

Studying the different factors affecting separation accuracy of hydrocyclone is one of the most important ways to promote separation efficiency. This paper deals mainly with the effect of the diameters of underflow mouth do, overflow mouth do, vortex finder length ho, pressure p and the first-order interaction between each other on separation accuracy of hydrocyclone. The paper also gives an analysis of the affecting extent and rule of the above factors on separation accuracy based on completely orthogonal test of four factors at three different levels. The results show that the optimal separation accuracy comes from the condition do 10 mm, do 19 mm, ho 50 mm and p 0.07 Mpa.
