内支架法在大鼠肾移植模型中的应用
Application of stent in rat model of kidney transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To estabtish a stabte and feasibte rat modet of kidney transptantation. Methods BN(RT1n) rats were used as donors and tewis (RT1 ) rats as recipients. The renat vein of donors was anastomosed with the renat vein of recipients with the hetp of pro-tene in experimentat group, meanwhite, the renat artery and vein were directty anastomosed end-to-end with the artery and vein of recipients in controt group. Donor' s ureter was anastomosed with that of recipients. Resutts The successfut rate of kidney transptantation in experimentat group and controt group were 90% and 85% respectivety. (23. 0 ±2. 4) minutes were spent on preparing donors and (5. 6 ±1.3) seconds was on the warm ischemia in both groups. The time used for transptantation was (40. 6 ±6. 3) minutes and (54. 1 ±4. 2) minutes in experimentat group and controt group respectivety. The cotd ischemia time in experimentat group and controt group was (38.4 ±5. 7) minutes and (49.7 ±6.3) minutes respectivety, with significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conctusion The method of using protene as stent is simpte and practicat, renat ischemic time can be shortened obviousty.关键词
