Abstract
Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, although it was listed as a food, the relative systematic toxicity and safety evaluation experiment was lacking. Methods: Systematic safety evaluation experiments were done using acute toxicity and genetic toxicity experiments including mice bone marrow micro - nuclear test. Results: LD50 was higher than 80 g/kg;no significant differences were observed in micronuclei rates. All toxicity tests were negative. Conclusion: It was found that Agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb didn't have mutagenic effects, agrimoni a pilosa Ledeb was a substance with low toxicity and has no genetic toxicity.关键词
