Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal stab wounds. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of 68 cases of abdominal stab wounds during Jan 2002 toDec 2010 were andlyzed retrospectinely. Results; IS Csaes accepted non-surical treatment, S3 cases veccivcd surgical operation, Scase of subphrenic abscess. There were 2 deaths(2, 9%)in surgical treatment group. Conclusion:making correct diagnosis and operating as sonas possible can in crease the carate rate sifnificantijr.关键词
