大鼠颌下腺细胞降钙素的定位研究
Study on the Localization of Calcitonin in the Submandibular Gland Cells of Rats

Abstract
Objective To study whether calcitonin (CT) is expressed in the submandibular gland cells of tats so as to provide evidence for further proving the homology of the submandibular gland (SMG) cell and thyroid C cell. Methods Cell culture,immunocytochemistry SP and in situ hybridization were used to study the cellular and gene localization of calcitonin. Results The submandibular gland epithelial cells of the rats showed CT immunoreactivity. The CT-positive substance was located in cytoplasm and the nucleus presented negative reaction. CTmRNA hybridization signals were detected in the same cells,which were also distributed in cytoplasm. The nucleus presented negative reaction. Conclusion CT is expressed in the submandibular gland epithelial cells of rats. There may be homology between the submandibular gland epithelial cell and thyroid C cell of rats.关键词
