中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰的Meta-分析
Meta-analysis of premature ovarian failure treated combined Chinese and Western medicines
摘要
Abstract
Objective To make the Meta -analysis for the effectiveness and safety of combined Chinese and western medicine to treat the premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods The evidence-based evaluation method was used to review all the literatures, published and d'not published, of treating POF in TCM compared with hormone from January 1989 to December 2010 to evaluate the curative effects treated POF with combined Chinese and western medicine therapy. Results 16 pappers was met the inclusion criteria including 1168 patients. Meta-analysis showed that: combined OR=3.13, 95% CI was [2.32 and 4.22], the combined effect test Z=7.46(P<0.000 01). Conclusions The therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine for POF is better than hormone therapy alone, but the strict randomization, blinding and follow-up of the literatures are not enough, especially in little follow-up reports and the high-quality literature, which suggests that the methods of clinical researches need to be improved in the future.关键词
