黄连素预处理对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的抗氧化保护作用
The antioxidant protective effect of berberine on myocardial ischemia/Reperfusion injury in rabbits
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the antioxidant protective effect of berberine on myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury in rabbits.Methods All rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: sham group; model group; three berberine treatment groups. These indexes are detected: The activity of SOD and CPK and the content of MDA in serum were detected using kits; The level of NO and the activity of NOS in myocardial tissues were detected using kits. Results The content of MDA in serum were reduced by berberine. The activity of SOD and CPK in serum were increased by berberine. The levels of NO and the activity of NOS were in myocardial tissues increased by berberine.Conclusion Berberine can protect cardiomyocyte from ischemia / reperfusion injury.关键词
