复方蛋黄油膏对低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合影响的临床研究
Clinical study of Compound Ointment of Egg Yolk in Healing Wounds Following Simple Low Anal Fistulectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound ointment of egg yolk in healing wounds following simple low anal fistulectomy.Methods 90 subjects were divided randomly into compound ointment of egg yolk(group A),Vaseline Ointment (group B) and Ethacridine Lactate groups(group C),30 patients per group,Group A were treated with compound Ointment of egg yolk, change of dressing once a day,Group B were done with Vaseline Ointment,Group C were done with Ethacridine Lactate e gauze,the clinical curative effect were observed in the three groups.Results Group A had less pain and effusion and quicker healing than other two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound ointment of egg yolk can reduce pain and effusion and heal wounds following anal fistulectomy.and it is safe in clinic.关键词
